Our Pricing

Pricing Tiers

Digichama offers three main pricing tiers:

Free Tier (KES 0.00 per year)

This is a great option for new or small chamas. It includes essential features like 10 modules, credit automation, unlimited members, email support, and meeting scheduling for all members.

Standard Tier

This tier provides additional functionalities like custom module scheduling, penalty management, expense tracking, and Mpesa integration. It also offers a generous 3-month free trial, allowing you to explore the benefits before committing. You can easily revert to the free tier at any time.

Plus Tier (Custom Pricing)

This tier is designed for larger chamas or groups transitioning into Savings and Credit Cooperatives (SACCOs). It offers a customizable solution tailored to your specific needs. Plus Tier users also enjoy priority support, ensuring your chama receives prompt assistance with any inquiries or issues.

Identifying Your Current Plan

The pricing settings will highlight your chama's currently active tier in green. This allows you to easily see which plan you're subscribed to and its associated features.

Trainings

It's important to note that training for Digichama functionalities is not automatically included in the regular pricing tiers. While Digichama might plan training sessions based on availability, there are additional fees associated with training. These fees can vary depending on factors like location, duration, and the number of members requiring training.

Making Informed Decisions

By understanding Digichama's pricing structure and your chama's specific needs, you can make informed decisions. The guide provides a starting point, but you might also consider contacting Digichama for a personalized consultation to determine the optimal pricing tier for your group.
